At The Pool Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
